I have more than 15 years of experience as a project manager and project and package manager for multiple wind farms in the area related to offshore cables and platforms. This includes a thorough understanding of interface management.
I have comprehensive experience in design, planning, engineering, documentation, contract specification, purchase/contract negotiation, cost estimation/calculation, tendering, supervision and commissioning and evaluation of as-built documentation and hand-over to operations.
Further, I have experience from various major projects at Bravida recently from VVS og firmaet in Greenland as department manager, including cost estimation of projects and pre-projects, contract conditions, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, detailed planning and engineering, project execution and management, commissioning and as-built documentation.
